To the home of
Ron and Scarlett Barnes
Our deck in back of the house is where Scarlett takes care of the outside animals. We have six cats and three birds inside the house. This is not enough for her. She thinks she has to be a mother for everybody in sight. I must admit it is nice to sit at the breakfast table and watch the birds and the squirrels doing their thing. We also have a family of owls in our storage building as well as ducks, raccoons and rabbits who drop by for a free handout whenever they are in the neighborhood.

This illustrates Scarlett's ability to spoil any living creature she comes in contact with. These are supposed to be wild animals. But when she comes out and sits on the bench on the deck, squirrels will run across her lap to get to the corn and sunflower seeds she puts out for them. Birds will fly down and eat at her feet without a care in the world. I guess I can't complain. One of the wild animals she has spoiled is me.
